Booking Policy and General Accommodation Conditions

When booking accommodation at Fazenda Graciosa, you are agreeing to our "reservation and general accommodation conditions" and "cancellation" policies.

It is mandatory at the time of Entry/Check-In to complete the Guest Registration Form and present a valid original document with photo;
If there is a child and/or adolescent, you must present a valid original document for the child and another document that proves the authority of the accompanying adult (birth certificate, ID or travel authorization form);
The daily rate starts at 1:00 pm and ends at 12:00 pm the following day. After this period, if there is availability, the amount of half the contracted day will be charged, until 2:00 pm, after this time the full contracted day will be charged, if there is availability.
Arrival before 1:00 pm and departure after 12:00 pm must be communicated to the establishment in advance and will be subject to availability and a charge for the difference in daily rates;

All sockets are 110v

VALUABLES:
Fazenda Graciosa is not responsible for objects or valuables left in the suites and/or common areas.

PETS:
Pets will not be accepted.

ROOM TIDYING:

We do not have a room service (Housekeeping). Only a cleaning fee will be charged.

In case of continuous occupancy of the stay, bed linen will be changed at the period determined by Fazenda Graciosa.
Requests for exchanges/additional items will be subject to a fee. Please check prices with the representative responsible for Fazenda Graciosa. We do not exchange towels on the departure day.

Room linens (sheets, pillowcases, duvets, face or bath towels and bathroom rugs), used to clean shoes, dye hair, apply makeup or for other purposes that damage the item, or increase the normal dirtiness of its use (shoe marks, blood, lipstick, among others), will be charged for the value of the item that is used/damaged or the value corresponding to hygiene and cleaning;

To maintain the quality of bed linen, towels, curtains, furniture and equipment, we need to charge guests when they are damaged or excessively dirty;
We ask that you take the utmost care with objects, bed linen, towels, furniture and utensils belonging to the guest house, which are intended for guests to provide them with comfort and well-being. Any damage, destruction, missing or lost items will be charged to the guest's account;
Any bath/bed linen that is not found in the house during cleaning or check-out will be charged to the guest;
Materials borrowed from any sector of Fazenda Graciosa must be returned to reception. Failure to return them by the date of departure will result in a charge for the same.

LEISURE AREAS:
They are exclusive to guests and are therefore prohibited to visitors.
In our area we have some lakes with a variety of fish and amphibian species. Sport fishing is permitted.

DAMAGES:
The daily rate includes regular and adequate use of the accommodation facilities, as well as the infrastructure, materials and equipment. The guest will be fully and immediately responsible for compensating the guest at market value for any damage caused by intentional damage or misuse of the accommodation facilities. If this is not possible, a payment slip will be issued with a payment order.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the suites and common areas for guests. A cleaning fee of R$60.00 is subject to charge.
The use, possession, purchase or sale of any illicit drug on the premises of the Inn is strictly prohibited, remembering that any conduct related to illicit drugs is a crime in Brazil.

No sound, car stereos, musical instruments, drumming, singing or any physical or personal manifestation at an inappropriate volume that interferes with the well-being of other people and animals is permitted on the farm. Please respect other guests, residents, neighbors and animals on the farm by maintaining silence, especially between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.;
Accelerating your vehicle excessively, causing disturbance of the peace and smoke.
Throwing objects out of the window, on the floor, on the lawn, on the Farm facilities or even
throwing garbage on the ground, lakes, forests, etc.
Enter areas restricted to employees and residents of the Farm.
Carrying or using materials that may pose a personal risk or a risk to third parties;

Driving within the grounds of the Farm, except on the roads leading from your accommodation to the entrance gates of the farm.

We have private, open and free spaces, not covered by insurance;
Guests are kindly requested to keep their vehicles closed and locked, not leaving objects or valuables inside the vehicle in the parking lot, thus avoiding damage, theft and robbery, as well as future annoyances.
Any type of damage to the vehicle, such as break-ins, accidents caused by natural forces, fire, acts of vandalism carried out by third parties will be reported to the police for possible investigation;
Sudden acceleration, loud music or any other noise that may disturb the peace and quiet are not permitted, under penalty of a fine of half the contracted daily rate.

The pool is treated with appropriate products, so it is not permitted to enter using oily products that harm the quality of the water.
Minors are only allowed to stay in the pool when accompanied by their guardians. WE DO NOT HAVE LIFEGUARDS AND WE DO NOT PROVIDE EQUIPMENT. USE IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF EACH GUEST, WHO ASSUMES ANY RISKS FOR THEMSELVES AND THEIR COMPANIONS;
Opening hours: 10:00h to 21:00h.

If you choose to pay without a credit or debit card, the amount without the discount will be charged: we request a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the stay to make the reservation and the remaining 50% at check-in (entry) via Pix, debit or credit cards are not accepted.
Payment by card: the total amount of the stay will be charged at the time of booking, and card details will be required.
Once payment has been made to confirm the reservation, all payment conditions and accommodation rules set out herein will be deemed accepted.

For confirmation, the guest must send identified proof of the agreed amount for the same, in case of payment in cash, using the bank details provided by email or WhatsApp, by our team within 24 hours of the start of the stay, receipt of the proof must be confirmed by Fazenda Graciosa.

Children aged 7 and over are considered adults at this property.
Children up to 7 years old are free of charge, please note that this courtesy will be offered according to our capabilities.

For the convenience and peace of mind of our guests, all reservations may be changed once, up to 14 days before check-in (arrival). These requests will be honored upon receipt of an email with the new desired date. A date transfer fee of R$60.00 will be charged for each change requested, as well as any price difference between one period and another, provided that the request is formalized and the Inn is available to make such a change.
